On line payments

Good afternoon AGL

I have been trying to do a on line payment but you system is not responding. 

When you tap to make a payment the app will not open. I have tried several times. 

I will have to attend my local post office on Monday to make a payment. I will you may want your IT team to look at the issue in hand as I would say other customers may be having the same problem
