Not showing any solar feed in

Not showing any solar feed in on the AGL app just shows power usage. Just paid my monthly bill and it’s more than what’s expected. Don’t know why they can’t tell me where my solar feed is going. I’ve changed to AGL because I was having issues with previous provider. Might have to change again

Turns out my system was not properly registered with the distributor. Had
to get the original installer to re do the registration process

Mine also not showing feed in on app. Everything is running when check outside, app stopped updating in December 1 day into billing cycle and was told by customer service that all was fine in February.  Then received quarterly bill with no solar input yesterday?

 

Joined because unhappy with previous provider but think it's time to look for new one again.

Make a complaint and document both your solar working and the feed in not
happening.
They'll help. They estimated my input for the period when it kicked back
in. If your solar is actually working but not showing on the bill then get
it checked out.

Thank you I have not heard anything back since I called. sent in pictures of my inverter and metre but awaiting response. Solar suddenly showing again as of today? 

really annoyed because was assured when I queried back in Feb and could have escalated over a month ago. Time to start looking for a new provider maybe. not sure what to do 😞
