Thank you I have not heard anything back since I called. sent in pictures of my inverter and metre but awaiting response. Solar suddenly showing again as of today? really annoyed because was assured when I queried back in Feb and could have escalated over a month ago. Time to start looking for a new provider maybe. not sure what to do
