Gas meter reading

Hi 

Can't put my gas meter reading on either the App or the website. My balance is showing as zero. 

My last reading was logged on the 9 March when the app was working. I have downloading the app to get the latest version, still not working.

Please fix the issue.

Thank you for your post. 

It is unusual that it isn't letting you submit a meter read. If you are having trouble, please respond to the Private Message I have sent you and I can look into this further for you.
