Questions, discussions and feedback on the AGL mobile app
Hi, I am unable to access updated energy usage on the app or by logging into the website.
My usage has not updated in the app since 4th June. You folks at AGL truly need to get your act together.
Please advise how to update usage as still pending for last 3 days
I not received any usage details for my electricity or gas since November last year, either online or through the AGL app....... I have logged out, reset, even uninstalled and reinstalled my app and still nothing
HELP
