Applying Credit

Would be useful if there was an option in the app to apply credit from one service to another. In this example, it would be to apply a chosen amount from available credit from the electricity account to the gas account.

Thank you for your post and feedback about a function to transfer credits yourself. I'll pass this on.

While you may not be able to do this yourself currently, this is something we can do for you. I'm going to send you a Private Message to get your account information so that I can transfer for you.
