Questions, discussions and feedback on the AGL mobile app
My AGL app won't show any data for my gas and power.
Click on usage - top left corner has "Connection in progress" Photo of a man next to a light and tv set up in the background.
Has been like this for days. Have tried deleting and reinstalling app to fix issue.
Any help would be great,

Mine is doing the same, I don’t know how to fix it.
I have the same issue and have deleted and reinstalled without success. If you would please look into this that would be appreciated- just transferred to AGL
Hi @Silverberry6 , if you've just transferred to AGL it's likely just a matter of waiting a week or so for your account and usage to be fully available.
