AGL iPad App

For the last couple of weeks, the AGL app on my iPad doesn't work.  It opens with "Session Expired" followed by "That's awkward.  There's a problem with our servers ... Try again".  Trying again produces same result.  Uninstalling and re-installing the app did not fix the issue.  Any suggestions for a fix ... ?

Welcome to AGL Neighbourhood! Does your App work on any other devices such as iPhone? Also, could you please check if you are able to log into MyAccount via Chrome, using your login details?
