I've been connected to AGL energy for over a week and the AGL app is not showing any usage data or solar production. Does anyone have any ideas what's going on?
Hi @Byng, what type of meter do you have? A basic meter won't show anything until the scheduled reading period gives us data. If it's a smart meter, I can take a look at it for you. I'll send you a PM to start with! Thanks- Mark.
