internet outage Carnegie Victoria

Have noticed an internet outage around 6am in Carnegie Victoria. Still out at 7am. Please raise an incident with NBNCo if required.

Resetting broadband modem as per instructions didn't work.

AGL tech support unreachable until 8am.

AI bot forwards to Energy team, who can't even take down a complaint against AGL.

Hi @StanB

Thank you for letting us know.

I have passed this information on, you'll also be able to view NBN outages and the network status from our website. This page also contains any maintenance work that may effect services in your area.

Thank you, Chris
