I cant find any email or online chat to apply for my renfund after closing my accounts?

AGL have taken a payment out of my bank account and it was not autherised.

A quick search of the internet using "agl refund credit" gave me this link.

Cannot seem to create the above as a hyperlink.
So hover over the blue line, right click and from the list (top row) select Open Link In New TAB and then view the new tab.
