You want us to be security conscious - and that's awesome.
WHY then, do you insist on calling us from unidentified/untagged numbers that do not announce they're from AGL - and then ask us to provide personal information to a complete stranger so YOU can verify US ?
You're the ones that called US - NOT the other way around.
Any security conscious person would hang up straight away, particularly given the noise in the background which from personal experience is a prime indicator that it's a NON Legitimate call.
I would suggest you give some thought to the following;
1 - Providing a better environment for your operators so the entire room isn't being piped down the phone line.
2 - Ways in which your operators could perhaps identify AND VERIFY themselves as AGL representatives.
The onus is on YOU here, you are the ones calling US.
NOT the other way around.
Failing that - why don't you just communicate with us via mail ?
