How to check if my rental solar system is connected?

Hi everyone,

I've recently moved into a new rental house that already has a solar system installed. When I asked the agent, they told me it was registered, but it doesn't seem to be working on my end.

I tried contacting AGL, but they keep giving me the number 1300 361 391 - it's either busy or doesn't go through.

How can I actually confirm whether the solar system is connected and working properly? Am I missing any steps?

Any guidance or advice would be really appreciated.
