I'm wondering if there is a guide somewhere. Information like any quality problems and what values like the QualityFlag mean.
Thanks!

Hey @crgentle, welcome to the Community!
We do indeed have a breakdown of the MyUsageData files generated from AGL IQ, this can be found on this Help and Support page of the website.
Here's an explanation of the column headings and related values:
Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any further questions on interpretations of the data. Or anything else related to IQ for that matter!
Thanks for the info. What is QualityFlag = U?
Hi JeremyH
I too would like to know what "U" means under QualityFlag. By the way, the link you've prodived no longer seems to work.
Thanks
Hi @Bean
AGL IQ is no longer supported, it has since been replaced by My Account, so the link you're referring to is no longer active!
Hi, I have a query related to usage data. Until the end of August 2017 I was able to download my electricity usage data from the IQ site. With that site having been replaced by MyAccount, I can no longer find a data download link. I can view some of the former usage details but that's not as useful to me. Please help!
Hi @AnitaS5,
Thank you for sending this feedback through, and apologies for the inconvenience caused.
This feature that you had access through the IQ link is no longer available, due to updates made with the My Account access. However, we have realised that customers were very happy with this service, and we are planning to do more work in terms of usage monitoring. Hopefully, you will see this update in the near future.
Thank you for your patience as we work to improve this offering.
Sincerely, Jordan
Hi, I recently had a solar system installed, and briefly enjoyed watching the old-style peak electricity meter winding backward before the new meter was installed on 5 Oct. I took the opportunity note the meter readings on the day before the meter was upgraded. While the Controlled Load reading was correct, the Peak Load reading, according to the MyUsageData file I downloaded, had advanced nearly 300 kWh in a single day. Further, the reading has a Quality Flag F which, according to the AEMO, means "Final substituted data" rather than simply Final read. I would be grateful for some clarity here about how the data was substituted.
I realise that for a short period between the installation of the solar panels and the new meter, I was in effect supplying power to the grid at the same price I pay when I draw from the grid, which is not in the service agreement. Fair enough. But I twice invited AGL (or whoever swaps the meter) to change the meter at its earliest convenience.
My inverter reading on 4 October - one day prior to the installation of the upgraded meter - showed it had generated 625kWh, some used by me, some fed to the grid. How will that energy generation be factored into my next bill?
Apologies for the long-windedness of this message. Cheers.
Franco,
You did no follow up to this post.
I don't know how you saw the meter running backwards.
What was the end result.
Cheers
Neil
