How do you decide what my Rewards target is?

Hi,

I joined up to a peak energy rewards event last week and received a text saying my rewards target was 1.1 kWh based on my "expected usage"

How do you decide what my expected usage is? Is it based on my usage from this time last year? Last week?

Hi @SK1983, Thanks for getting in touch. 

Event reduction targets are set prior to the event and are based on what we consider to be realistic targets, based on your historical data. If you have recently  joined the program or switched to a digital meter, we’ll set your target based on the usage of other similar households. The targets that we set for you will change from event to event.
