All general questions and discussions related to AGL Mobile
I have just recently transferred my mobile to AGL and on all the websites and communication it states eSIM is available but will need to be set up by calling AGL Mobile. I have just received my physical sim card and have rang AGL to order an eSIM for my Samsung Galaxy Watch but have been told they no longer provide e-SIMs.
This is very frustrating as I wouldn't have transferred over if I knew this. I don't always have my phone on me and rely on my watch for communication sometimes.
Does anyone know when they will start providing eSIMs again?

Hi @AEBJ
I am so sorry to know that the level of service provided has been really poor, I can understand why you would be frustrated in wanting an e-sim so you can connect your watch. I am so sorry this is something you have found out wasn't possible till you received the sim card.
I can request the website to be updated, I have however just taken a look at our website and I am unable to see anywhere about e-sims. Are you able to confirm where you put through the order for me so I can investigate?
Kind regards, Natasha,

Hi Natasha, the esim information was on the mobile sim plan page. It seems to have been taken down but in the FAQs down below it has "for details on how to activate an esim visit eSIM at AGL (link)".
Also with google it came up as an announcement about eSIMs back in 2023. But no where on the AGL website does it say this no longer exists.
I didn't have an order for an eSIM, I ordered a physical sim and only when it arrived I rang up to order an eSIM and that's when they let me know they are no longer prividing them.
