Hi all, does anyone know why one of my phone plans isn't showing up on my app and how I can get it to? I'm being billed for it and the phone works so it's definitely se up but I can't check my usage. It's been 4 months and I've spoken to multiple people over the phone who assure me it is fixed but it still isn't. On top of this the $10 Muti service discount is never applied to my account for this number, 4 months of calls and tickets being created for it but nothing actually being fixed.. is there any way I can get this actually resolved or is it time to just give up and change providers to one that can actually resolve things?
