I got a new meter during the month, and didn't know. So when I tried submitting a meter read (wlthe app still lists my old meter) I made a mistake and it came out wrong. Now I have a bill for $490 when it should be $30.
I tried Customer service for over a week, but no one has done anything. Is there a way to adjust my bill to the correct amount? I can't afford to pay the current one, and I don't want to pay for $460 of gas I didn't use.
I'd really love an "undo meter read" button, this seems like a very expensive result for a minor mistake...
