AGL digital meter opt out not working

I get this error message when I submit the digital meter opt out at agl.com.au/optout

I tried the telephone number but it is impossible to get through, I was put through to all the wrong departments in the 1/2 hr that I was on hold.. This is ridiculous.

 

"An error occurred while processing your request.Reference #30.4834768.1585780065.365bafff" is the message
