If your Wi-Fi shows “No Internet,” it means your device is connected to the router, but the router isn’t connecting to the Internet. First, check the basics: ensure your Wi-Fi password is correct and try connecting another device to see if it works. If no device can access the Internet, the issue is likely with your router or Internet provider; if only your device is affected, it may be a settings problem. Next, restart your device and power cycle the router by unplugging it for 30–60 seconds before plugging it back in. Check the router lights—if the Internet light is off or red, contact your provider. You can also forget the network on your device and reconnect, and make sure your device is set to obtain an IP automatically. If possible, test with a wired Ethernet connection. If these steps don’t work, contacting your Internet service provider is the best solution.
