Hi

Got internet gas and electricity as a bundle when moving into a new property.

 

did this a week or 2 prior to moving in and now a week in to the new place we still have no internet.

 

FTTC.

 

ordered in a NBN box, plugged into wall socket and only first 2 lights light up.

3rd light is down which suggests there’s no internet from the provider.

 

called them and asked the question and responded with “ nbn technician will contact you wi the in 3 days” for troubleshooting.

 

what’s there to troubleshoot if there’s just no internet ? 
the nbn box is 240v plug to box and phone cable from wall to box and lights should be on, not much to troubleshoot….
