Online account does not work


Has anyone out there been able to successfully get AGL to fix their online account?

I have been trying now for over 6 weeks to get into my account and check the bill and the usage and there does not seem to be anyone smart enough to fix an account. promised by 4 different online chat sessions in a row that it was fixed them moved onto calling them and promised 4 times that it will be fix asap but here I am just browsing the community because my account STILL DOES NOT WORK.

I even had one person that told me they certainly don't want this type of immpression of AGL and he will call me back no matter what happens, well could you guess that I have never heard from him again. I suppose I cant blame him as maybe the phone stopped working and as with everything else at AGL they cannot get it working again.




Lumo is the worst company and most expensive to deal with, their electricity bills are some of the dearest in SA. My friend was totally ripped off by them even 3 months after their Solar conversion they were still getting outlandish electricity bills esp for an older gentleman who only used a radio, washing machine, fridge, lights and shower. His electricity bill was still $500+ 3 months after converting to a brand new solar system, I used far more than him, in my house and my "electricity bill" was $280 (AGL) and I had no Solar. I suggest you do your "OWN" research first!! AGL has been the best in my experience, they are just getting their heads around it all, give them a chance. xx




Having exactly same problem and getting exactly same answers. Perhaps another provider would have better customer service. Disgraceful



Yeah, my daughter just brought a house and then signed up with them and has the same problem, went on for weeks trying to get it sorted, so many different people telling so many different things...



hi quinny i have been trying for 3 months and **bleep** all im getting really pissed off,imover it i just hope there not rigging our accounts up

I need to access my account but I haven't been able to for.months. I think it's because they send msgs to email instead of msgs app.As soon as I try to retrieve my code it cuts off. I can't even get in contact with them to fix this stupid glitch and they told me ages ago they were going to iron out the bugs. Just ridiculous in the 21st century that this is happenng
