i have been receiving 2 to 3 phone calls a day from (03) 8611 5195. i don't know what the phone calls are about but if i receive another call i will transfer the 5 properties i have with AGL to another provider. i'm too busy for this crap. if i have an overdue bill then send me a reminder notice.

I’m also receiving these auto calls...the ones where if you miss the calls, there is no connection to an operator, so no message left.
I returned the call yesterday and was told it would have just been a reminder that my Bill payment date was coming up in the next week. I advised that I have a direct debit in place so no call is required. I was told that I’d be taken off the ‘reminder call’ list, however I’ve just seen another missed call.
There are no issues with my account, so I shouldn’t be receiving any calls.
