I moved out of a property and requested disconnection of gas on 15 June 2015. But I get a bill for up until 23 June 2015. I called in numerous times, and I have been forwarded to conflict resolution team. They registered it, and I was told it will take 2 weeks to get the new bill. I follow up numerous times. It's 3 months now and I still don't see an updated bill.
Now I am getting calls saying I will be forwarded to a collection agency for bill non-payment!
I am under a lot of stress. I have all the records. I donot know what to do. Any suggestions?

I raised the support ticket, and this has been satisfactorily resolved. Got the revised bill, and I have paid the bill as well. I feel relieved.
