Bill history stuck?

In Bill history I always have a bill showing the bill period showing 29th August to 26th November 2018. Why isn't the bill to be paid sitting there? I always get messages when it is bill time to pay the $85.00 and it is always saying it is overdue. I never get sent a message with the up to date bill. It is always for $85.00
