Why is my on-line account balance wrong?

My on-line Billing balance is incorrect, and having spoken with AGL Customer Service many months ago it has still not been fixed.

They sent me an account by email that has the actual transactions listed, but these do not show in the on-line listing. There is also a problem with the Government rebates being applied evidently, and Concessions SA have again advised AGL that I am eligible, despite AGL messages advising that they can't apply the rebates as I am not eligible.

My eligibility is decided by Centrelink and Concessions SA, not by AGL!

The whole accounting process within AGL is flawed.
