Overdue

my bill is overdue and it’s set on direct debit but didn’t take anything out, I completely forgot that my old bank card expired so I quickly put in my new bank card and tried to pay but it’s saying pending and the bill says overdue I’m not sure what to do

Thanks for getting in touch. If you have already updated payment details, please allow 48 hours for the overdue payment to process. If you find that this didn't occur, please let us know so that we can process the payment manually for you.
