I've been trying to call and message AGL several times.to resolve paid payment not acknowledged as successful .
Each time I got hold of a front office staff, I've been directed to email email@example.com with evidence of payment which I did. I received no response since 25th July. Because this was not resolved in a timely manner by AGL, I've directed debited for a second time today.
I am growing frustrated with the handling of my payment issue. Can someone who is working in AGL back office please investigate my issue.
