Questions and discussion about AGL's Energy plans and your AGL Energy account
I kept getting charged by AGL for a disconnected service. I have phoned AGL when I noticed it for the first time, and the help centre said it has been fixed. then today I noticed there were other auto-charges made by AGL from the disconnected account.
I called AGL 1 hour ago, and the lady on the other side said she would transfer me to another team then I waited 30 min on the line and nobody answer the phone anymore. sending a request via the message system getting the same result -- the system told me the expected waiting time is 60 min.
I am very unhappy with the service. if the issue is not resolved I am considering amplifying my voice through social media platforms.
