Direct Debit date differs on website and bill

The direct debit date on my most recent Electricity Bill is 14 Nov however the website states "Debited in 14 days on Fri 17 Nov 2023".  Now confused as to which date the payment will occur.  Note it is only the electricity bill.  For Gas the dates are identical.

Just make sure you leave that amount of money in the account that direct debits. AGL has gone down the drain..my bills have gone from $150 - $170 every 90 days to just over $400 and I have nothing running.. NOT HAPPY !!
