Connected me to the wrong meter. I re-checked and asked 20 times to ensure that there would be no surprises, and it's all good and correct. Ended up paying to two companies.

It is the same as your internet provider, who only deals with subscriptions, but any connects/disconnects or technical issues you have to wait for the network provider to fix.
