I have sent 5 emails and 3 phone calls to arrange an over payment of our bill to be refunded.

I’m sick of the same standard answers and nothing happens.

Appalling customer service. I have arranged to change energy companies and will go to the energy ombudsman to get the refund I have been trying to get back.
