Rates lowered

Does anyone else find it 'interesting' that while rates have been lowered, supply charges have been increased to more than cover that decrease?

There have been a number of changes in the most recent price review. Supply charges are passed on from your distributor for delivering energy to your home. Thanks  for replying Lauren..there ALWAYS is an explanation..but my point was that there rarely is a rate decrease without corresponding increases elsewhere to balance the $$ for the business.  Understanding why doesn't change the facts.  Just a bit of smoke and mirrors.
