Hi Team,
I have one issue regarding to the gas bill. We are strata hotel, which pay bills on behalf of owners.
We received one overdue bill for our owner( please find the attach). According to the record in our system, we have paid the gas bill every quater on time through post office. And the cheque has been used as well (please find the cheque and receipts from Post Office attached).
Could you please help me with that?
