Credits on my closed gas and electricity accounts for my previous house

Hi just wondering how it works when there is a credit on an inactive account? 

There are credit amounts on both of my inactive accounts from my previous property I lived in. 

If anyone knows what happens with this that would be great! TIA.

In the event that you have residual credits leftover on a closed account, you're more than welcome to get in touch with us to request these be refunded back to you. We recommend that you contact us with your bank BSB and account number at the ready!
