Can I change back to regular bills after Bill Smoothing?

I was put on bill smoothing for my gas bill and not something that I wanted to do at the time. I always put money on my account every fortnight on the same day but apparently that wasn’t good enough even though it shows I a, doing the exact same thing every fortnight
