Hi,
I've now attempted twice with accounts at AGL to sort out my account sign in and it still hasn't been rectified.
It now says "We are just putting the final touches on. Your account will be ready shortly so please check back soon". I've been a customer for over one year and they still can't solve it.
What's next and how do I get it solved? Sick of wasting time to get nowhere.
