Cannot log on

I cannot log on.  If I try password, it goes to blank page (or the page won’t download).  If I try to reset password, the link sends me to a blank page (or the page won’t download).

The billing period for the last electricity bill finished on the 30th June, we are now 12 days into the new billing period and I still haven't received a bill for the last period? I realise I have a credit for the last billing period, but the only way to examine my usage is with a bill. Could you please provide me with one!
