Share your ideas for improving the AGL Energy Mobile App
The app should have real time features, have access to when you make payments instantly instead of waiting for your next bill, should also have report a payment function and request an extension or hardship option without having to call AGL.
Thanks for the feedback @Frankie . Rather than including all of your suggestions in one post, it would be helpful to break them down into separate Ideas and be specific about what you're looking for.
The ability to pay before a bill arrives is already available on the app. If you go to the Billing screen and clicked on the Fuel tile that you want to top-up, you'll see an option to "Make a Payment". Completing the payment process will add credits that will be deducted on your next bill.
The rest of the features you suggested are not available in the app but they are in the works. Alternatively, you can access these feature by logging into My Account.
