It's been 5 days since AGL told me the APP balance will update 'soon'. Did someone forget to push the button..?
I can't access my data usage at all. Speaking to them via chat is a pointless frustrating exercise indeed.
When I paid 67.00 as I was over my then 80g a month I couldn't access any data for three days. I'm changing companies asap.
