There should be a simple form or capability in the Agl.com.au portal to allow landlords to connect and disconnect services to our properties. I need to do this every time a tenant leaves my rental properties. It is annoying to have to call up or spend up to 30+ minutes on the web chat to request the services to be disconnected. I should be able to log in, choose my rental property and connect or disconnect services. Surely this is a key capability that you can provide?
