Battery rewards plan export energy

I signed up for Battery rewards plan and set up to export energy from 5Pm onwards. I am using FoxESS inverter and set it up to export from 5PM at 10khw. I observed the export getting interrupted as it approaches 10kw every time. Do I need to write to my distributor (AusGrid) and get approval to export at 10khw?

Hi @Roselea

You won't need to contact Ausgrid regarding this as they default to a 10 kW export limit per phase.
What you are likely experiencing is either a hardware or firmware level safety cutoff triggered by local grid conditions or an internal inverter setting. This is to protect your home and the grid.
