Quaterly bill not issued
The quaterly bill from June to September has not been issued. It now says 28/6-24/12/26 for the billing period. Why hasn't it been issued at the end of September, we have the bill emailed.

I've had email bills 'not arrive' twice since we signed up many years ago for paperless bills by email.
Usually received an overdue notice and just called them to have it resent, any late payment waived, and paid as soon as that was received (even though extension offered).
