Has anyone not received $200 sign up credit from June 2026?

I signed up on 10/06/26, am still with AGL. SIgn up credit was to be applied on 17 July. I saw on OzBargains lots of issues with credits being applied on time but most has it applied by August. My first bill is due in a few days. I've just logged in to account and credit hasn't been applied. Wondering if this has happened to anyone else and is still waiting?

There were some delays to credit being applied, but this should have been resolved by now. 

It's unusual that you didn't see this on your account when you checked. I'm going to be sending you a Private Message and collect some account information to look into this further for you.

Hi Chris I was an AGL customer who changed plans but did not get $200 credit ADDITIONALLY  I reviewed my October bill and find that there is a credit card surcharge please refund or credit my next bill.

Hi @kristinedcurtis 

The surcharge you see on your bill would be from the previous bill before the October changes happened and your last card payment, any payments made post 1st October when the rules on card surcharges we put in place are already implemented so if you go to make payment with a card on your October bill you won't see a surchage on the next bill.

With the credit, I'll need to look into the account and check, so I'm going to send you a Private Message to look into this further.

I am also still waiting - today I called the complaints dept and finally spoke to a lovely lady who hopefully has helped and its looking like mine is a week away.

yes I also signed up in june 2026 with the promise of a $250.00 credit to both my gas account and my electricity account.  I was sent a bill in august 2022 for electricity with NO CREDIT SHOWING FOR SIGN UP.  I got onto AGL and they told me the credit wont show in your account until 90 days after sign up(NOT WHAT I WAS TOLD BY ELECTRICITY SELLERS)...I still havent received my credit yet for electricity but had to pay bill for that period.   I have now been sent a gas bill from agl due to be paid on 13/11/2026 AND NO 250 CREDIT FOR CHANGEOVER THERE EITHER!!!!!
