Re: Unexpected high

@tazza I would suggest that you go out and read your meters, then compare the figure with your last bill. While you have your last bill out, I would suggest that you compare the costs of your power against your current plan. Everyone had a price increase on the first July 25, in fact I had a price change on the 25th Jun 25 for 5 days which was a great reduction???? PeakShoulderO/PeakCtrl_loadSupply1-Jul-24 $ 0.51788 $ 0.30349 $ 0.35497 $ 1.0555626-Jun-25 $ 0.48499 $ 0.29150 $ 0.33781 $ 1.080 ...

Re: Cancel Account

@Pdavis123 When selling a house, you must notify your electricity and gas providers to close your accounts on your move-out date, providing a forwarding address and final meter reading. For water services, your conveyancer arranges a special meter reading for pro rata charges up to the settlement date, as water accounts automatically transfer to the buyer. Be sure to take photos of the meters as a backup for your final bills. Council Rates etc are also managed by the conveyancer.

Off peak charges apply at all other times. Don't know why they don't mention the off peak times. Charges : Peak 06:00 - 10:00 and 15:00 - 01:00, Shoulder (Solar sponge) 10:00 to 15:00 and Off Peak 01:00 - 06:00 every day. This is not even true as the actual charges are: Peak 00:00 - 01:00, 06:00 - 10: ...

Re: Data download problems June 2025

@Lester @John-T I have had no issues downloading the CSV file from AGL for some time now. However, the file for the last thirty minutes of the day of the .CSV file, always contains zeros as they do not have the correct data due to the fact that metering is in EST not CST. The file is always at least ONE DAY OUT OF DATE, but can be up to THREE DAYS at some times. Just downloaded the latest file from AGL (20:30 on the 1st) and it now shows the full data for the 30th and 31st is still missing th ...
