In my case 15 is definitely my standard tariff usage. It fits perfectlywith what's printed in my accounts. Maybe it is different for each meter —depending on how it's set up when originally installed. Perhaps this is thereason why they don't issue a general instruction.

Too right! All those plans are supposedly there to allow us to find anoption most suited to our needs, but in fact their purpose is to confuseand earn as much money as possible for the providers.

I take it you haven't recently installed an off-peak hot water system orsomething similar, and that you will now be charged different rates atdifferent times of the day. This will only save you money if you havethings you can easily use only in the off-peak periods — for example a poolpump. If not, your bills will probably skyrocket. Savings are possible, butat the cost of convenience. Be careful!Rafal

You are probably right about the growing difference between the sum of 15and 21, and what's displayed at 03. The last time I checked 03 was 0.1higher than the sum of the other two. I am waiting for my first bill afterthe change — it's due next month. I still do not understand why the codesare kept such a secret. Unbelievable!
