In my case it means not putting on my high load items, the HWS and Oven. They are normally off, and I ussually just used stored power. @Basil_AGL @BobF Today I received a call from AGL. It seems that the last events had a few communication stuff ups. One was that each event was only registered on the second text offer, not the first. Then the confirmation emails did not get sent. In my case I replied to both texts and so was registered, and I met each maximum goal. So I earned $40 rewards. Thanks @Basil_AGL for following this up.
