The technical support team neglects customers by closing and going home while services are effected.They make no contact with customers at all. NBN service down for 3 days. Will be 5 days when Support sraff return. I am told due NBN service is out due to an unplanned outage. I was TOLD an SMS will be sent when service restored.NOTHING. I have already reported multiple nbn outages and the reason given has been there were unscheduled nbn outages. My problem is NBN shows no outages on the days.
