Just off the phone to AGL & am not liking the sound of this at all:Firstly, received AGL email say that apparently we’re not using VOiP. WRONG. VPP Privacy Plan?

I have attempted to complete information for a BYO VPP (Tesla PW3). Nothing unusual here, but it seems impossible to get beyond accepting the Privacy plan. Nothing happens & am continually blocked by a red flag that says I haven’t completed this … Bizarre. So exactly how is this meant to be accomplished?Thanks.

Aussie Broadband changeover July 2026

I see that we’re being told that our Internet and phones will be automatically changed over from Optus to Aussie Broadband this July. Sounds reasonable on the face of it given Optus is pretty poor. HOWEVER: What happens to our phones that use eSIMS?Aussie Broadband still does not support eSIMs AFAIK. Therefore the only options would appear to be I) need to buy a new phone or 2) change providers.
