When can I have a smart meter

Last year I was notified I would receive a smart meter upgrade in Jan 2017. I had already booked a holiday for that time however as I had previously provided AGL with the electronic key code to gain access to the meter I anticipated no problems.  However on my return I discovered AGL did not make the electronic key code available to the smart meter installer and subsequently I had not been upgraded. I called and was told I would be informed at a later date when the meter would be changed. Having waited 6 months I would like to know 'When can I have a smart meter?'.

Sorry to hear that there has been delays in completing the meter exchange.
